1 x pouch of alcoholic popping boba 16%
1 x mint leaf
1 x syrup of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
Open the popping boba pouch of your choice, strain the pearls from the liquid over a sink or bowl (always discard the liquid).
Step 2
Over a bowl, invert the strainer over the shot glass to fill the shot glass, collect any spilled pearls in the strainer and repeat for the second shot. We recommend using a double shot glass.
Step 3
Add a syrup or cordial to fill in the gaps if desired, pomegranate syrup is always nice! Garnish with fresh mint.
